Winners and Prizes
- There will be only One (1) winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize(s) (as defined below). The Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
- The Prize is a trip for two (2) adults (age 18 or over) to the FIFA World Cup England vs Croatia Game in Dallas, Texas on June 17 2026. Prize Includes;
- Return economy flights from London to Dallas Forth Worth International Airport for the Winner and their guest (departure either 15 or 16 June, leaving 18 June). Exact flight date/time will be selected at the Promoter’s discretion. Prize excludes all airport transfers.
- Accommodation for 3 nights in Dallas at a four star hotel. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis. Winner and guest will be sharing a twin room or double room (subject to availability).
- Two (2) category 2 tickets to England vs Croatia at Dallas Stadium in Arlington on June 17 2026 (“Football Match”). Winner and guest are responsible for travel to and from the match at their own expense. Winner and/or his or her guest must not be excluded or banned from travelling to or from or attending any football matches by any relevant football or official authority anywhere or under suspicion or investigation of the same. If the Winner and/or guest is banned or under suspicion the Promoter reserves the right to re-select another Winner without notice.

- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of the Prize) for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value or, at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize. This substitution or payment shall be the Winner’s sole and exclusive remedy in connection with the Prize, and the Promoter shall have no further liability.
- The Winner is responsible for paying all costs and expenses that are not included within the Prize, but are incidental to the Winner redeeming the Prize including (for example) transport, accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance and any other incidentals. The Winner is also personally responsible for any personal expenses and any VAT, national and/or local tax liabilities (if any) incurred in claiming or using the Prize. If the winner or companion is a minor, the minor must be accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian (at their own expense). Economy flights will include luggage, luggage weight is dependent on airline and availability at time of booking. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
- The Winner and their guest must hold valid passports and any required travel authorisation (including ESTA or visa) for entry to the United States. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for any Winner or guest who is unable to travel or gain entry to the United States for any reason, including but not limited to:
(i) refusal, denial, revocation or cancellation of visa, ESTA or other travel authorisation;
(ii) denial of entry at the port of entry or border control;
(iii) failure to meet United States entry requirements or immigration restrictions;
(iv) criminal record or other personal circumstances affecting eligibility to travel; or
(v) failure to obtain adequate travel insurance or vaccinations.
In any such circumstances, the Prize will be forfeited and no cash alternative or compensation will be provided.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize
- The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results).
- The selected Participant will be contacted by phone at approximately 4.30pm on 1 June 2026, and will be given 30 seconds to answer this call. During this call, the selected Participant will be informed that one of the presenters will call them once, live, during that day’s DRIVE show. The selected Participant must personally answer this live call, and must confirm their eligibility to accept the Prize,to be confirmed as the Winner of the Prize.
- If, at either the time of the initial notification call or the live on-air call:
(i) the selected Participant fails to answer the phone within thirty (30) seconds;
(ii) another person answers the call;
(iii) the call is directed to voicemail or a call screening service;
(iv) the call becomes disconnected and it is not possible to re-establish contact;
(v) the selected participant is not, or does not appear to be, in a position to safely and/or lawfully take or remain on the call (for example, if they are or appear to be driving);
(vi) the call quality is unsuitable for broadcast, or the selected Participant cannot be heard clearly (for example, due to low or no signal, dropped connection, background noise, or feedback); or
(vii) the selected participant refuses to participate or confirm acceptance of the Prize;
the selected Participant will forfeit their chance to win.
- In the event the selected participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).
- The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. The Promoter will not call back on an alternative number. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- With the selected Participant’s consent, the call with the presenter may be switched to a video call; however, this is not obligatory. The call may be broadcast live on any part of the Platform, or pre-recorded for later broadcast at the Promoter’s discretion.
- If a winner cannot be confirmed live on-air, the Promoter may continue the selection process off-air.
- The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than ten (10) days after the Prize has been accepted. It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that the bank account details provided are accurate and complete. Subject to verification, the Winner will be paid within 10 business days from providing their bank details.
General
- The Promoter’s decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.
- Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with adidas or the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).
- Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
- The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
